Waking early given our usual late starts was surprisingly easy. The rest is politics take on trump’s recent behaviour was remarkably restrained. It is transparently clear that the US can be classified unequivocally as a rogue state, perhaps the worst. There have been renewed threats against a NATO ally and a newly emboldened Trump is clearly more than capable of taking us inexorably into a major conflict.

Come on Demis, AGI might well be the saviour here taking over from a species clearly out of its depth. The levels of stupidity exhibited by the idiots currently running the US is frightening, psychotic children running the planet obsessed only by their narcissistic impulses to lash out and hurt anyone who they believe in their fantasies upset them. What a world.

It’s going to some time before this plays out and a lot of people are going to suffer in the interim.

Rant over. We’ve arrived in the airport, we’ve checked our luggage in, gone through security and Dorothy is waiting patiently in line for the toilet. The flight is due to leave in another couple of hours so time for coffee before we leave.

It’s been a very pleasant holiday, great to meet up with Frank, Marion and friends and Dorothy and I have had time to ourselves which is always nice. That said, it’s not a Camino experience which I think trumps most others in terms of unalloyed time together but one takes what one can.

That’s the end of this brief post. Not sure when or if there will be another.
